Guests are immediately welcomed to Kate and Ryan's wedding by seeing a sign directing them to the festivities followed by receiving an art deco themed program to the ceremony. Cocktail staff will be passing out appetizers and mint julep signature drinks just following the ceremony. Guests will be able to socialize in the large outdoor sofa lounge as they wait to enter the reception to drop off their gifts and find their name cards for seating.
