The wedding I planned for Kate & Ryan’s wedding is an old Hollywood, Art Deco theme. They both work in the arts and have always loved the genre. The wedding will put a modern twist on the old Hollywood glam look and feel with a hint of sparkle, simple flowers and elegant lighting.

 

The setting is downtown Chicago, IL in late September with 125 guests. The venue will have an outdoor component that guests and the Bride and Groom can enjoy the magnificent skyline views while having an intimate secluded event. The theme will pour into every aspect of the day from welcome signage to farewell gifts. Guests will immediately feel a level of comfort within a glamorous setting with passed hors d'oeuvres and lovely outdoor patio seating.

The budget covers all aspects of the day including major vendor line items in addition to late night snacks, all paper goods, gift card holder, welcome gift bags, photobooth, rehearsal dinner, linens rental, the bride's shoes and more! The vendors will be accountable for making the event spectacular by following the detailed timeline that outlines every moment of the day.
